- The hats are printed and fulfilled by Printful in the USA using DTFlex direct-to-film printing.
- How long does shipping take?
- Each hat is made to order. Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, then standard shipping is 3–4 business days. Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days.
- Can I return or exchange my hat?
- Because every hat is custom printed to order, we don't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your hat arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us at meshbackhats@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
- What is DTFlex printing?
- DTFlex is a premium direct-to-film transfer process that produces vibrant, durable prints with excellent washability. Colors stay sharp wash after wash.
- Do the hats fit large heads?
- Yes — the Otto Cap 39-165 fits head circumferences from 22" to 24", which covers most adults. The snapback closure gives you room to adjust.
- How do I track my order?
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your hat leaves the fulfillment center.
